Since 1970 Bill Nichol has had extensive experience handling a variety of financial capacities as a professor, investment manager, mortgage banker and banking executive and since 1999, as a real estate executive.
Over the years Mr. Nichol developed exceptional financial management and operational skills form the banking industry to organizing, structuring and managing a highly successful real estate development company, producing in excess of $1 billion in residential project revenue in California and Hawaii. He also successfully raised over $300 million in equity capital through major institutional investors/partners such as J.P Morgan, Goldman Sachs, GMAC, ING and negotiated more than $750 million in debt using a variety of financial intermediaries.
