Please join us in welcoming the latest additions to our Building Envelope Group.

Thomas Jenkins is a talented architect and technical expert with 30 years of experience in both traditional and forensic architecture. He has worked on over 50 design projects and hundreds of forensic cases and was one of the leading forensic consultants in KPA Associates Inc., where he served as the firm’s principal architect and director of construction consulting for many years.

We are happy to welcome Mike Roblee back to the Xpera team. Having started his construction career in carpentry in 1990, Roblee’s breadth of experience went on to include scores of projects, from high-end residential construction and renovation to high-rise commercial construction. His expertise includes structural reinforcement, general contracting and construction peer review. He was one of Roel Consulting’s top inspectors before Xpera acquired the firm in 2012.

Our most recent new hire is Joshua Maxwell, an up-and-comer in the construction world. Maxwell has utilized his technological knowhow to become an associate consultant before joining Xpera as a building envelope technician. He is currently pursuing a bachelor’s of science degree in construction engineering from San Diego State University.
