As an expert in the remediation of failed construction components, Mr. Hill provides practical solutions to building performance issues.
Mr. Hill is proficient in all trades common to residential construction and has an impressive track record including 9 custom homes as general contractor and involved in over 130 homes as a subcontractor.
He has been a designated expert witness in over 230 cases, providing mediation support and delivering testimony. Mr. Hill’s experience as expert consultant and witness includes over 6,500 homes involving construction defect, insurance coverage, failure to disclose, fraud, criminal negligence and project mismanagement.
