Xpera CM is proud to be working with The Richman Group of California to provide construction management services on three exciting projects in Southern California.
With the major rainy season behind us, construction is progressing on this new mixeduse project in downtown San Diego’s up-and-coming tech/design innovation hub, the I.D.E.A. District. Vertical construction is underway for the seven-story building, which will include 99 rental apartments, 5,841 square feet of retail space and two levels of subterranean parking. Xpera’s Building Envelope team is also providing services for this project.

This project in downtown Ventura involves the demolition of a 1940s-era industrial building to make way for the construction of a new 112,000-square-foot mixed-use building with 140 rental apartments and commercial space. Xpera Group economist Alan Nevin also provided the Richman Group with a market study for the project in 2016.
Located in the East Village of downtown San Diego, the 415,000-square-foot mixed-use project includes a new 23-story tower and adjacent four-story building with 19 levels of luxury apartments, 7,000 square feet of commercial space and seven levels of above- and below-grade parking.
